from above milk

fat free plain Greek yogurt

pasteurized egg whites

flaxseed meal

scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder

pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your mini food processor or blender and process until smooth, about one minute.
Transfer to drinking glass and enjoy!
